Minimum qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience recruiting for technical program managers, software engineers, engineering managers, or product managers with a focus on consumer-facing products
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
  • Experience closing executive level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with recruiter for tech talent
  • Ability to meet/exceed goals for both volume of hires and pipeline representation
  • Passion for making the hiring processes more equitable and inclusive
  • Passion for full-lifecycle recruiting and finding and engaging future Googlers

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $113,000 - $121,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a Technical Recruiter driving talent acquisition across Google Search by both building pipeline and closing candidates.
  • Serve as a strong Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) advocate for Google Search. Support your clients to achieve DEI deliverables in addition to aspirational goals.
  • Partner with regional staffing teams to share ideas and coordinate across multiple talent levels and regions so that clients achieve global hiring goals annually.
  • Identify gaps in staffing operations and provide solutions that enable clients to seamlessly engage with our team and processes.
  • Function as a primary staffing point of contact for a portfolio of Google Search Vice President leaders and their teams. Develop deep relationships as their trusted talent advisor and provide consistent communication including regular reports highlighting areas of opportunity and challenges.
