Maintain gate records of finished goods transported in and out of the facility for sales delivery and or distribution to other PBC location. Receives finished goods into inventory and maintains appropriate records. Fulfills sampling product orders daily and coordinates product pickup. Maintain active and inactive SKU list. Oversee the properties Security and Gate Check In Check Out process. Deliver against multiple Key measures related to Control and Compliance processes. Accountable for period, quarterly and full year product rework financial target. The employee must have excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills along with a strong work ethic and multitasking abilities working in a fast paced environment. Employee will be accountable for 8 direct reports to include scheduling, training, and period work task audit reviews. Verify variances in daily cycle counts by performing detailed re-counts as needed at Period Close. The employee will be required to work inside and outside daily as determined by the tasks needing to be performed.

    Assist in variance research of daily inventory cycle counts.
    Maintain PQI log and organization of all Full Goods products.
    Post inventory rework daily by the predetermined cut-off time.
    Participate in each period close process (1 weekend per month).
    Control / Count all goods loaded in/out through the gate
    Track breakage, loading, and delivery errors daily
    Owns daily / weekly schedules of 8 direct reports.
    Demonstrate leadership as locations Security Coordinator by enforcing PBC Express Gate Policy daily for all PBC employees, 3 rd party carriers, and guests
    Any other processes identified for improvement by Product Availability Manager.
