Office Administrator

We are a successful CPA firm with over 30 years in wealth management and taxation with over 10 years experience with KPMG. We offer a unique environment where we serve our clients in the four disciplines of wealth management, accounting, tax, & insurance relating to wealth management. We are seeking an individual who has a desire to truly impact and help assist with the office management and processing of our tax department.

We have been in business for 12 years and are just minutes from 135th & Metcalf.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have a high level of comfort & knowledge with computers and technology…Practice Forward with Ultra Tax a plus
  • Helps assist the Owner of the company as well as our Staff Accountants
  • Has experience working in a professional environment—tax and/or investment office a plus
  • Exhibits a strong commitment to prioritizing workflow
  • Is comfortable interacting effectively and professionally
  • Has a respect for established time limits and ongoing deadlines
  • Follows professional ethics & rules
  • Must maintain client and firm confidentiality
  • Prefers working in a small, low stress yet hospitable environment
  • Has the ability to self-motivate when working on client projects and ongoing client needs
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
  • Values integrity, transparency, honesty, hospitality

Salary based on experience.
