Administrative Assistant

Role Summary:
Assistant to the SVP of Theatrical and Home Entertainment Media and team.
Primary role is to assist in the clerical day to day operations of the media department. Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work as part of a team.

Essential Responsibilities:
Track and organize supervisors’ calendars
Schedule and Coordinate Meetings, which includes but is not limited to:
Obtaining studio lot drive-on passes
Reserving conference rooms
Assisting in the set up of meeting rooms
Arranging for catering
Inviting appropriate parties
Responsible for answering phones and managing messages
Filing and organizing documents
Distribution of documents; both internal and from external ad agency
Generate PowerPoint / Key Note presentations for Filmmaker meetings
Create and edit media Excel charts for evaluation and presentation purposes
Assist on various media team projects.


Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year previous experience in entertainment, marketing or a related field as either an employee or intern
Strong Written and Verbal communications skills
Previous experience working in an administrative capacity
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics

College degree in a related field strongly preferred
Able to demonstrate successful organizational skills and ability to prioritize in an Assistant Role
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities
A self starter and strong team player
Extremely detail-oriented (extending to all areas of projects/interactions)
Interest in movies and television content a plus
