Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative, you will work with a diverse group of customers to drive a deep understanding of the clients products and their promotional offerings. The Client Service Representative will also work cross functionally to ensure that we are delivering the best packages and offers for our customers, giving them the knowledge they need to make a successful decision as well as articulating the value that each package / option has. The Client Management Team builds and maintains customer relationships with a focus on support, engagement, and growth. Responsibilities:

  • Advance customer service experience, create engaged clients and promote organic growth

  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies approved by management to complete that mission successfully

  • Perfect service procedures, policies, and standards

  • Recruit, coach, and develop other client managers. Create an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

  • Manage resources and use available assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Adhere to and manage the client management team you are leading

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities given by the Client Service Manager


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate Degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of client management experience in marketing, sales or retail preferred

  • Proven track record showing a strong commitment to client services

  • Excellent leadership, organizational skills

  • Proven ability to develop relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills would be an asset in order to develop and manage client management team along with troubleshooting various markets and territories
