Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Representative to assist those that are seeking information or assistance on various company programs. This is a highly dynamic role and we are seeking candidates that demonstrate a high level of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, diplomacy, and dependability.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a timely and positive manner – create a positive consumer experience for the customer.
  • Identify the customer’s needs and provide information related to any products and services.
  • Is a “knowledgeable expert†for customer trouble shooting and resolving issues.
  • Maintains records of existing and potential customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to the position
  • 1-year retail sales or customer service experience; wireless/telecom experience preferred but not required.
Our ideal candidate would be available and able to work any shift that falls within hours of operation for this location. We are looking for a full-time employee, someone with a willingness to continuously learn new products and a passion for helping customers.
